The Club is based at the Grassy Beach centre at West Ferry. It is the only Dinghy Cruising club on the Tay.
Open events 2004 Regatta 28-29 August (no cats), racing starts 12:00 both days.
Open Days and Training Open days are planned for Sunday May 16 at 12pm. Sunday July 18 at 1pm. Informal training programme continues throughout the season.
Other events
Family day - Sunday August 15 at 1pm. Fun Day - Sunday September 5 at 1pm.
Evening points series - 4 Tues and 4 Thurs over the season. Perth Weekend. Sail
up, stay overnight, return - Sat July 24 at12pm. Return Sun July 25 at 9am
Sailing Waters Tay estuary, although club cruises up river and along the coast. Club is on the North bank at Grassy Beach, between Dundee and Broughty Ferry adjacent to Royal Tay YC.
High water
Sailing Times Sundays, some Saturdays (varied start times), Tuesday & Thursday evenings at 7:00pm. Sailing is possible at any state of the tide.
Types of boat Dinghies. The club has four boats for members use free of charge.
Main Classes various including Wayfarer, GP14, Enterprise, Kestrel, Marine Tutor.
