Welcome to Totnes Boating Association

Situated at the heart of historic Totnes, The Totnes Boating Association is at the head of navigation of the beautiful River Dart.   We have good access to picture postcard villages, waterside pubs and cafes, creeks, beaches and, of course, Dartmouth and the breathtaking West Hams coastline beyond.

Since 1955 the club has been taking care of the practical and social needs of those who enjoy “simply messing about in boats”.  Guests, visiting boats and new members (boating or social) will always receive a warm welcome.

There are 64 club moorings on the River Dart, winter storage ashore for all moored boats (doubling as a large summer car park), tender storage and slip. The club also offers a ‘Special Offer’ for mooring boats in the Mill Tail for the winter period.

A new clubhouse opened January 2010 and has a bar which is open for members every Friday and Sunday. The club also has a very active social calendar including; barbecues, walks, charity events, theme nights, dinners and dances.  The highlight each August is the Dartmouth Regatta.
