In addition to the environmental and ecological aims, The Society manages two properties.

Mary Newman's Cottage and Eliotts Store - both in Saltash.

Mary Newman's is leased from the owners - Caradon District Council.

Elliotts Shop is owned by The Society.

Both properties are open to the public for a small entrance fee.

The money raised from entry fees and the sale of souvenirs goes entirely towards maintaining and preserving the properties and their priceless contents.

All the wardens of the properties and Trustees of the Society are unpaid volunteers.

Individual visitors and groups are most welcome to visit.
