Our illustrious harbour master is leaving us soon.

Shame I hear you say. Well he has been a good servant to the local

council and no one can say he hasn't done a good job for them, except

perhaps for one extremely unlucky manoeuvre relating to a certain sail

training ship piloted out of the harbour last summer!!!
