This is a fun site. The news is questionable at times but some of the comments from readers are insightful, particularly with regards to the Sands development. I notice that comments are not invited for this particular story. Why are there only 61% of the apartments sold when a local estate agent told me 18 months ago 70% were sold then. As Shakespere said "The truth will out".
