Our charges include skates hire. We charge a set fee for four hours standard skating plus fuel charge. Due to the high demand for the dates, we also require a non - refundable deposit of £ 50.00, which is normally issued together with the booking confirmation.

On the top of our charges schools are free to add a surcharge for their funds. Normally schools add £ 1.00 to £ 2.00 surcharge for each skater. The maximum number of people, who can skate per session, is dictated by the size of the hall, i.e. 150 square metres hall will accommodate 45 skaters per hour (180 in total for a four hours standard skating event). For larger schools we can consider a five hours skating or skating over two days.

Additional school fund raising usually comes in the form of the refreshment sales. These range from simple things like sweets and crisps to pretty elaborate fare such as pizzas, chips and hot dogs. Some schools also make a charge for spectators.

We also recommend to advertise it at school as a fundraising event.
