Once a date is agreed, a request for booking should be sent via e-mail, stating:

• Date of skating

• Full school postal address and telephone number

• Name of the person, who will be in charge of the event and telephone number of that person

• As soon as your request is received, we will issue a full confirmation of booking, which normally will be sent to a school address, with posters to follow, nearer the time.
   

Due to the high demand for the dates, we require a non - refundable deposit of £50.00, payable to Kira Skating, which is normally issued together with the booking confirmation. The difference you will simply pay us on the day of skating.
 

The prime skating months of the year are November to March and the dates for those months are normally booked 10 to 12 months in advance.
 

With budgetary cuts everywhere and schools particularly suffering from reduction in facilities all round, we are very pleased to be able to offer this new opportunity for children.
