Finding Royal Harwich Yacht Club
Leave the A14 at the junction with the A137 and follow the sign towards Ipswich docks. Down the hill passed the dry ski slope is Fox's Marina.
Take the B1456 towards shotley.
Proceed towards Woolverstone, and once inside 30mph zone look out for signs to "Marina" on the left.
The Club is on the right at the end of the long drive which passes through the Marina upper yard.
My car will be outside the club.................it has Pin Mill Cruising on the side!
Finding Pin Mill Sailing Club
Leave the A14 at the junction with the A137 and follow the sign towards Ipswich docks. Down the hill passed the dry ski slope is Fox's Marina.
Take the B1456 towards shotley.
In Chelmondiston turn left into Pin Mill lane towards the end of the village. At the pub turn left to the sailing club. There is a car park in the lane and very limited parking at the club. Take care not to obstruct through traffic, including in the boatyards, or to park too near the water! My car will be outside the club.................it has Pin Mill Cruising on the side!
