If you want to learn to sail and your Friday nights are free in the summer then why not come Social Sailing starts 18:30...      No previous experience is required because you will receive expert tuition in the Club's own fleet of keelboats.  You will learn new skills as you become competent crew members and you will share this learning experience in the company of like minded enthusiastic Social Sailors. 

Back on shore, you will be welcome in the recently refurbished bar to enjoy a relaxing drink and chat with fellow Social sailors and Club members alike.

Many Club members have started their sailing days as Social Sailors and have gone on to become Club members and very skilled boat handlers.   Indeed many of our ex Social Sailors are seen picking up silverware at our annual prize giving.
