Chasseur, a Hunter 701, which looks quite racy. A tidy little ship, although the sails are not in their prime. Deep fin keel. Outboard engine. Gas cooker, Radio, Depth sounder. 4 berths. She has been freshly antifouled, She has little external woodwork, and the wash down & antifoul only took a couple of hours, so she should be very low maintenance. To book, you must be a full member of QYC, contact John Drop. Booking Fee is £20 per day, or £50 for a long weekend. Prospective users will have to demonstrate competence or have a RYA certificate. New users will be restricted to the Medway & Thames Estuary and the Swale. Anyone who does use the vessel during the year will be required to assist with the winter maintenance. We are confident that this will bring new members to the club. We are trying to encourage dinghy sailors to give yachting a try, but existing club members, with large engines, may want to try a sailing boat for a day!
