Dear Friends

Well we are here at last in the sunny Caribbean.  For those of you who have been watching the web site
www.yachtrallies.co.uk you will already know that we arrived first.

That was a week ago and I ask your forgiveness for not telling you earlier but this is the first time that I have been sober
enough to see the keyboard…

Its all a bit of a blurr really.  I Remember it was around 9.00pm and very dark when we arrived, so we anchored off  until
daylight to go into Jolly Harbour and clear customs in the morning. Our time was 15 days 13hrs.

So over the side we went for a quick dip, whilst the Champagne was cooling in the fridge.  Then the skipper charged our
glasses and we toasted the yacht, each other, the wind, sea, fishes we had caught, the ones that got away, the net
controllers, the sails, the spinnaker, the boom especially the boom, the mast.  I think that you have got the message.

In the morning feeling rather the worse for wear, we had another swim to try to clear our heads

And then went into the harbour.

Now there may not have been a race but as you will see, there is an incentive to getting there first. You get invited to
successive celebration parties as each group of yachts arrive.

So its back home for Christmas and I look forward to seeing you all then.

 Regards Brian.
