MYC Canoeing Information |

Minima Yacht will be starting informal canoeing and kyaking on Thursday evenings, starting at 19:30 hours on Thursday 26th June for a trial period of six weeks until 31st July. All potential members, of all ages, are welcome (children must be supervised by their parents at all times).
We have a small number of canoes available for use, and you are very welcome to bring your own canoe or kyak, if you have one, and store it in our club house for this short period. We are offering a two month trial membership of £24 which will be deducted from your full membership fee if you decide to join the club.
Buoyancy aids and safety boat cover will be provided. But please note that you paddle at your own risk: canoeing and kayaking are risk sports, involuntary capsizes are routine, other injuries and accidents are possible. We will not go out if the red boards are out at Teddington lock.
