About the Club

Market Bosworth RYC was founded at it's present site in 1992.

It caters for all ages and abilities not the least of which are the retired members who regularly sail on Thursdays from around 11.30am. We also meet on Sundays from 10.00am. The dedicated skipper is also catered for by the Midland District Champion Skipper series.

We sail at the Market Bosworth Water Trust where you will find all the facilities you may need. As the site is a commercial venture there is a small fee.

The club is affiliated to the Model Yachting Association, and the classes of yacht we sail are the 1Metre and the R36r. By joining the club you get third party insurance cover, competitions, measuring and rating certificates for your yacht, club news letters and not the least friendly help and advice.
