The best time to ring is Sunday morning/Sunday lunchtime.
How to get there - and a map.
From the A4, take the turning at Maidenhead Bridge towards Cookham. This is Ray Mead Road. Go along this for a few hundred yards/metres, with the river on your right, to Ray Mill Road East. Turn down Ray Mill Road East and then right into Sheephouse. Turn first left into Summerleaze Road; Lakeside is first right. You will find a
map of this part of Maidenhead at the Streetmap site and a map showing Lakeside.
A different map
If you live locally, you might have the Tele-Pages classified telephone directory. The Windsor/Maidenhead Local Directory has a map on page 5 of the 2002/2003 edition. This map shows another way of getting there, from Blackamoor Lane and Summerleaze Road. Lakeside is at the top right-hand corner of the map. Summerleaze Lake is marked but this is not the one. Our lake is the unlabelled grey area, right on the edge, just above Summerleaze Lake.
