Membership of the club is cheap and easy to obtain. However, we do ask you to contact us first so that we can provide you with a form. If you e-mail us we can talk to you and provide further information, either by e-mail or phone.
Membership lets you join in all of our races and training. (Beginners training is subject to further fees and often is fully booked very early in the season). Competent sailors are allowed to use the fleet of club boats. Competence is normally defied as RYA Level 2 or Junior Stage 3 standard or equivalent. In return, we do expect you to support the club activities and chip in with some working parties etc. The club is run entirely by volunteer activity.

This might sound a bit clumsy but we do not provide our members email or home addresses nor phone numbers on this web site to cut down junk mails, sales spam etc. Also, come and see us on Sundays or Wednesday evenings.
You also need to pay a boat permit to United Utilities, either by contacting them on 01291 673722 or talking to them on the gate at the Reservoir. We cannot sell you the permit. Their prices for 2004 are;
