| We've had a busy year at home and at work. Sam has been sailing lots - from winter training to National Championships. Nick and Alison have put in lots of car miles as support crew as well as many hours in boats on the water helping with training both at Draycote and in New Quay. We've also had great fun sailing our Laser 3000 though Ali has temporarily retired convinced she will lose her front teeth coming off the trapeze! As with every year, we've spent a lot of time in New Quay, having bought a cottage there in 1999. We've had great pleasure from family and friends there and even had a bit of sun for our summer holiday. Workwise, Alison and Nick have been as busy as ever, with clinical and research aspects competing for attention. High spot was the relaunch of Nick's patient website CancerHelp UK on November 14th with national press coverage.
