All members are expected to play an active part in some aspect of Club life, at the very least by assisting with race organisation about once a year. The success of the Club depends entirely upon the commitment and enthusiasm of its members.

Duty Rota Calendar March - June 2008

General

If you are unable to do your duty on the date assigned for any of the below categories please swap with someone else on the list. Telephone numbers of members can be obtained from the detailed list posted in the clubhouse. In the case of Safety Helm and Crews - each has had a copy posted to them.

Bar and Galley

Please call John Jones on 01908 569518 to arrange collection of the money and keys. For any other problems please call Louise or Richard Pakes on 01908 618762

Safety Boat Helm and Crews

Sunday 30th October British Summer Time ends: Wet/dry suits obligatory till March 2006. Winter Series starts.

Helms please telephone your designated Crew (and vice versa) during the week before your scheduled duty to confirm availability and minimise the risk of inadvertent 'no-shows'.

• Spring Series 10.00, 11.30, 13.30, 15.30
• Summer Series 10.00, 11.30, 13.30, 15.30
• Autumn Series 10.00, 11.30, 13.30, 15.30
• Winter Series 10.00, 11.30, 13.30
• Mid-Winter Series 11.30, 13.30
