Any member may ask the Secretary to place an item on the Agenda under Any Other Business. It would be helpful if you would e-mail me in advance at our e-mail address but items may be raised on the day.

The meeting will be preceded by lunch, which will be served at 12.30pm. The lunch will be free for all Members, Associated Members and Guests.
