1. This application is accepted on the understanding that sailing can be dangerous and has certain inherent risks. The applicant voluntarily accepts the risk of injury, including severe injury, and including injury leading to disablement, howsoever caused, and completely absolves Henry Ruddock, Explorers, and skippers and mates acting for Explorers from liability, whether caused through negligence or any other means.
2. While it is intended to sail the route which may be described in Explorers literature or other media, there is no guarantee that such or any route will be sailed, due to weather or other adverse cause.
3. Bookings will only be accepted on the official booking form, and only when accompanied by a deposit. Applications will be processed in the order received.
4. Balance of payment is due no later than Saturday, 8th June 2002. If not received by that date the berth may be reallocated.
5. Cancellations must be received in writing. If received eight or more weeks prior, the deposit will be returned, less a £25 administration fee. If received less than eight but more than four weeks prior, the deposit of £100 will be forfeit. If received less than four weeks prior, the whole fee is payable. You are advised to take out insurance against that eventuality.
