Our 2002 cruise
will be Saturday 20th to Saturday 27th July, 2002, and will start from Dunstaffnage, five miles this side of Oban. Two boats were originally chartered, a 40' Oceanlord and a 33' Westerly Storm (Rosally). Due to demand, I have managed to secure a third boat - a 36' Mooday (Rusty Nail). Places are limited to TWENTY and at the time of writing (12 March 2002) there is just one place left due to a late cancellation. If you are interested get your form in instanta!
What is Explorers?
Explorers is a Christian organisation that arranges a coastal or offshore UK based sailing trip for one week each year. Recent trips include Southern Ireland (UK based?!), the Isles of Scilly, the East Coast and Scotland. Any one professing or sympathetic to the Christian faith is welcome to come sailing with us. Enjoying sailing might also be an advantage.
Explorers has been established for over 30 years, and hundreds of people, young and old, have experienced the doubtful pleasures of being crammed together for a week with their fellow humans, some of whom they have never met before, in a small space, which is frequently damp and always moving. No previous experience is required (of sailing, that is), but an ability to 'muck in' is an advantage.
