Dear Commodore,

As you already know our two clubs have reciprocal arrangements, whereby members of either club can visit and use the facilities of the other. As far as we are concerned, your club members can arrive at our club by any means of transport that they wish and all we ask is that they sign in the visitors book and hopefully introduce themselves. I believe that this is the same for our club members visiting yourselves, providing that they follow similar polite formalities.

We are in the process of re-vamping our website (www.ltsc.co.uk) and have added a link to your website, which can be found in the 'News' section. We hope that this meets with your approval and will hopefully help to forge an even better relationship and understanding with your club and its members.

Although perhaps it is now getting a little late, may I wish both you and your members a happy and very enjoyable sailing season. We shall look forward to welcoming your club members to Lymington in, hopefully, the not too distant future.
