Cutting new panels using originals as patterns

New starboard bouyancy tank side panel shapes, just needing trimming on the lower edge

Turning Driftwood over was uplifting. Double checking all was correctly placed before epoxy in place.

Inside all the bouyancy tanks will be epoxied to seal the timber and all the joints. Also added drainage will be installed - a failure in the original design was inadequate draining through to the transom.
