Sea kayak weekend was a huge success.  There were 25 boats out on the
water, with a great mix of old, young, male, female paddlers (probably just about out
numbering the male paddlers for a change).  There were fantastic weather conditions
too. Russell even decided to lay back and sun bath for an hour while we
paddled further down the coast - in October!

There was a swell running, which made things interesting without being too
challenging.  There was a night paddle in spectacular moonlight and on Sunday there was enough wind to test the stamina on the way back from the Isles of Fleet.

Lots of people were making new contacts and hoping to meet up to do future
trips together.

There were many good wishes from people who couldn't make it this time, but
would like to be included in future events.
